ADD YOUR OWN STANDARD LAYOUTS WITHOUT BEING A DEVELOPER

With the ABILITY.ReportPack you don't just adapt the report layouts from ForNAV, you make them your new standard.

ForNAV layouts are good, but when it comes to adding regular or seasonal text additions to a specific subset of your reports, you usually have to modify their layouts. ABILITY's ReportPack extension simplifies this process. It eliminates the need to manually modify each of your report layouts everytime you want to make such changes. All your affected documents will print consistently without touching each one of them separately. By defining text elements such as salutations, greetings or general terms and conditions at a central place within Business Central, they are ready to be displayed on all reports where you need them.

ADD YOUR INDIVIDUAL BOILERPLATES

Your own pre- and post-texts make your standard reports legally-compliant* - and add your personal signature.

ForNAV already offers a wide range of templates and layouts. For your specific requirements, boilerplates can be added as pre- and post-text, which are offered by the ABILITY.ReportPack. This way, documents are always legally compliant. Whether purchase, sales or service reports: your individual text additions can be defined for each document type. You want to adjust the text for a specific report only? Any text can also be customized and printed for each document individually.

FORNAV LAYOUTS - A RELIABLE BASE: FLEXIBLE AND COMPLIANT

As an internationally used solution, ForNAV offers a very good base of standard layouts for your documents. National or individual requirements often make adjustments necessary, which usually have to be added manually for each document. With the ABILITY.ReportPack you do this once and define your own new standard. The ABILITY.ReportPack automatically prints the necessary changes on the assigned documents and legal certainty is guaranteed.


CUSTOMIZING PER CUSTOMER

The ABILITY.ReportPack offers you the possibility to add additional information stored at the per-customer comments within Business Central to your reports. This makes the documents not only more appealing and tailored to your customers, but also part of your brand communication.
